Tony Jaa’s reported cancer diagnosis
Tony Jaa is said to have been diagnosed around June 2024 after experiencing severe abdominal pain and jaundice. Sources close to the actor claimed the symptoms prompted him to seek medical attention, where doctors reportedly discovered the cancer.
According to reports, Jaa underwent surgery to remove cancerous tissue shortly after his diagnosis and has since been receiving continuous chemotherapy treatment. One source told Thai media that the actor’s condition had improved significantly following treatment, though he still requires close medical supervision.
“His health has improved significantly and he’s stronger now because he exercises every day,” the source reportedly shared. “But he still needs close medical supervision and his family is taking good care of him.”

Despite the widespread reports, Jaa and his family have not publicly commented on the diagnosis.
